A Bit of Horn Blowing…

This evening we went to an awards ceremony for the young men in our church. Some of them received their Eagle Scout award. Others received their Duty to God award. This award takes 6 years to complete and the young men must complete goals in several different areas of focus: family, quorum (church group), spiritual development, physical development, educational, personal, and career development, and citizenship and social development. They must also complete a Duty to God service project, and abide by the standards of the gospel.
We are pleased to announce that Stuart has completed all the of the requirements and tonight he received his award! In honor of his accomplishment, he received his very own Sword of Truth. Congratulations Stuart! We love you!
