I had the great pleasure of meeting Miss Teen Butte County, Alisa Wrangham and her father today. Alisa is getting ready to compete in the 31st Annual Miss Teenage California Scholarship Pageant in April, and needed some photos for her submission to the program. Now, while the pageant is not your typical beauty contest, but more of an academic contest, it doesn’t hurt to be pretty. Alisa is more than that — she’s a natural beauty!
